Roh Congratulates `Oseam' for Annecy Prizer.

President Roh Moo-hyun sent a word of congratulations yesterday to the makers of "Oseam" for winning the grand prize at a prestigious animation festival in France.
Directed by Sung Baek-yop, the animation was given the Cristal D'Annecy over the weekend at the Annecy International Animation Festival, considered the top international event for animation.
Roh sent a letter of congratulations to Sung and the film's production company. The award "is another inspirational moment to show Korean animation's progress and quality to the world, and I thank you for the work you have put into it," the letter read.
